I payed fine for sections IPC 143,147,283 r/w 149 in adalat of district court. Is that a conviction by court of law.what should I do in the attestation form to the questions - 'have you ever been prosecuted' and 'have you ever been convicted by court of law for any offence'. does this case affect me to get a central government job like ssc upsc

These are not petty offences. In the above mentioned offences you had done it with some other persons. you must settle the matter or you must face the trail. so if you need any help let me know . Adv George Vinci Jose
