One of my old friend has filed a cheque bounce case quoting greater amount than that of ehat i have borrowed in blank cheque i given. Cheque bounced and a case has been filed in 2022. I took bail but couldn’t appear a couple of next hearing due to health issues. The case has now been called for appearance of accused(me) but i am now pregnant 7 months and not in a position to travel. I am not in good terms with my old lawyer as he was favouring the petitioner to settle the case. What can i do

Q: Want a legal advice to the following
I had been working as a staff at petrol pump. There was a rush of customers and one of a customer argued with me as he had been waited for long time and he suddenly talk to me bad words and beated me and with a rush I also beated him back. After that he filed a case against me with attempt to murder. I was unaware of the seriousness of case as I was 19yr old that time. Adv who worked for left the case when it seems like he cannot take bail and it may lead to warrant.Dont know what to do.
