I have an abusive brother who literally is too voilent and ruling over my mother n me since my father passed away in 2012. He doesn't helps in anythng, alwys wastes money that i earn. He all the time plays games and have addiction to smoking. Q: Cheque bounce against me by a money lender from kerala who have no lic
SirnI borrowed 1 lakhs from a money lender who have no license, then i five cheque of amount 1 lakhs each ( he demanded to do so ) its for my mom heart surgery, i hv no other ways.. I admitted all his demands. He given money as cash cheque. Now he filed bounce case against me for 5 lakhs.. I didn't received 4 lakhs.. Just one lakhs only..
