We have filed a quash petition on the 498a and 307 cases in Bangalore High court against my wife and family members. We filed the quash petition a week ago. In approximately how many days ,can i get stay order and in how many days can i get this petition quashed. Any idea how much backlog ,Bangalore high court has.
The petition will take months to come before the High Court Judge unless you file memo for urgent hearing. If you file memo it will take at max a week to appear before the court. You need to remove office objections to give a stay in the case.
