How do i get bail in charges under section 493/376

My brother has been arreasted and jailed last week after a lady of the age 47 has filed an fir agaist him for giving false assurance of marriage and having regular sex with him since 2017by my elder brother age 53. and when she come to know that he is already married with two surviving children age 17 (a daughter) and age 27(a son) with a housewife of age 45.
we moved the bail petition in lower court where he was arrested and jaied by the magistrait. but our bail petition has been rejected. what shoud we do.
