I have a property which was transferred by to my name by a court decree in 1990s and was given possesion, now when I go to claim the property the previous owner has filed these charges on me, a case has been registered with IPC Sections - 341,379,323,406,420,467,468,307,504,34. The case did not have cognizance and was initially showing case status as "Enquiry Witness" now the status has changed to "Hearing". Please tell me what this change means in legal sense and assist me with my next step.

that means your opposite party already give the witness in court and opposite party witness process is end and thereafter court wait for opposite pary / lawyer hearing and there after court may take cognizance or not

My grandfather used to have a big property in Rawalpindi , Pakistan which was left unclaimed due to partition . He has passed away and die to sentimental issues we want to search for the last memory of him that he had .
