high court anticipatoru bail orders can dismiss by session court

accused got anticipatory bails from high court under section ipc 308 323 335 and 35 now session court have power to addment the charge with ipc 307 and arrested the accused

things u have put accros is very vry imp question.
as per he bail matter is concern in this matter the concern will be mobes in front of high court itself and high court will decide the matter district court can nit decide it.

absolutely Court has been absolute power in this case when you made a charge 307 meaning of charge according to law 307 but want to relief then filing the High Court against charge you want to better solution indicates contact with me have a good time
