Filed FIR against NRI in India

I lived in Korea for 3 years and recently I moved to Germany.
My brother married SC community girl in 2019 December, it was blackmailed marriage by girl.
After marriage, he Informed me and I spoke with that girl 3-4 times in watsapp.
After listing her, I understand that she is dangerous and I stop talking with her.
Due to severe disputes between them, they had sevaral counsilings in the police station.
She always threting my family that she will file SC acts on us.
Thus, with the fear, we disowned my brother from family due to his bad conduct with family. Also, that girl singed an agreement that she will not interfere in my family in front of C.I. This was happened in June 2020.
From that time we are not in touch with my brother and she, they were living in Bangalore.
Then, in Feb 2021 my brother filed divorce case on her.
Now she filed SC/ST harassment, dowry harassment FIR on my entire family. When FIR registered I am not in India, I am in Germany.
Now, what should i Do?
nothing. if you receive any notice from court. then you respond. best option is to obtain bail without coming to india. anticipatory bail is difficult in scst case, but in exceptional case we can try. the agrement before police is invalid.
