Can husband sell his property to wife (not gift deed)..... It is self acquired property by husband before marriage .

its better to get rid off that husband before he starts physical abuse.such kind of suspicious will not change ever and she continuous to have it even if she talks to milk man.Obtain divorce 3-4 months or make him feel sorry and continue your relationship.

Q: Wrongful malpractice threatening by invigilator

I have written a semester exam recently 14th Feb 2022 at an Engineerimg college in hyderabad , The invigilator has snatched my paper as soon as the time ran out, but he gave another student(female) extra 5mins even after snatching our papers, when i asked him why he's showing partiality he scolded me, still i was requesting him that i'll just label my diagram with one word, he pushed himself on me and kept saying that i laid hand on him even though i haven't, later he threatened me that he'll write malpractise on my paper even though i haven't copied nor i possesed any illegal copy material, I'm worried this is my final year if i get malpractise on my memo it will ruin my life, i haven't even copied, i'd like to know how to deal with this.

you can file Writ petition before High Court.better to file quickly before they debar you. once they debar, it will take time. before they take any action, you have to approach HC.collect all documents and evidence.

Q: 3-bed room Under construction Flat registered on 24/06/2017 to my name

Builder (known, trusted before buying) given only sale deed. No any other documents/receipts given till date. 85% loan amount received by Builder till 2nd week of July'17. 2 Security checks given to builder, at booking time, not given back & finally I ve blocked @ bank in march2018. Builder given hand written Vat Tax invoice & no Vat Tax receipt, GST tax receipt, other any tax receipts. on registration paper -Stamp Duty & Registration Fee-mentioned his name told me that this is my receipt. Offering position without Completion Certificate. My objectives:1-Get all documents,1st priority-get refund all cost till date, if not possible then compensation for delay possession. 2-approach to RERA or Consumer Court? 3-Can I write complain letters for documents to respective govt. departments. 4-Want to shift loan to other bank @ low rate interest but no documents. 5-Do not want to compromise at any cost with builder. 6-Time to get justice/flat possession or complete refund/documents?

if you have already purchased the flat by way of registered deed, approach consurom forum for possession of the flat or RERA and for documents and forget about receipts. Not required. you can secure all the documents from municipal offices.
