Girl and boy do sex chat in the month of june 2021 and then meet in october 2021 in a hotel booked by the girl in a totally different state which is not of the boy and girl and they start developing relationship. Then again they go for a trip december 2021 where they have consensual relationship. Now post dec 2021 both start discussing marriage and meet multiple time and the boy takes her to his house to make her meet his parents and due to the bad behavior by the girl in next months relationship breaks and the guy says to move on and after 7 months later in july 2022 she files 0 FIR saying rape, unnatural and all. is this false promise to marry. Girl is 37 year old and boy is 35. Girl is a doctorate in engineering from premier institute. Fact: Guy never went to girls place and she only used to come. Girl lives in gurgaon and guy is from chennai. He never went to gurgaon and only she is coming to chennai. She was on matrimonial even when she was in relationship and was searching grooms

It can be interpreted that the sex was consensual as both are major and also the girl booked the hotel and met the boy with her free consent. So, whatever happened was with the consent of each other but i had to go through the medical report if it's available and also through the F.I.R to get the clear picture of the whole scenario.
