Q: Builder is Not returning money that he took for construction

I and a builder went into collaboration agreement to construct 4 floors + stilt on a plot that I own. I paid a "certain amount" to the builder that he said I have to pay upfront to start construction. Now its been more than 18 Months, he has breached the agreement and also not returning the money. Please Help me out

Greetings for the day,In this situation if there is any breach of contract between you and the builder and he is not returning the amount paid by you to him, you can recover your money by filing a civil suit for recovery before the civil court.

Q: Documents and Process for legal separation

Q: Adverse Possession - Agriculture Land

There is an agriculture land which was in my father name. All land except one small piece of the land was sold to Mr. X. That small piece is still in my father name. But in jamabandi there is entry of 'Bila lagan bawajah bai' and Mr. X is named as kashtkaar. So, he is claiming for adverse possession. Can he claim adverse possession? What is our right on the property in this case?

Greetings for the day,In this situation the person X cannot claim the plea of adverse possession in the property because he has been entered into Jamabandi as a Kashtkaar being Bila Lagan Bawajah. Further, the plea of adverse possession is only maintainable in the situations wherein the possession of the claimant is an illegal one.

Q: Aquisition of land my HUDA government compensation is not done by yet

My land is acquired by HUDA in 2013. And no compensation is done yetI want to ask on what basis compensation will be done. And what can I do

Greetings for the day,In this situation you have to check the notification of acquisition and the award thereof in order to get a clarity on the amount of award for your acquired land and then you can take the award from District Revenue Office.

Q: Registry Paper And Motation Not Received

I personally purchased 100 yards of agricultural land from xyz developers pvt ltd in Palwal, Haryana at the rate of Rs 3500 per yard. I transferred Rs 350000 to the company's current account and an additional Rs 30000 to the personal account of one of their employees for registry. Next day we went to Tehsildar office for registry and proceeded for registry. Since I am not from Haryana and did not know the registry process, they took care of the registry and the witnesses were also from their sid
