Dowry death After 7 years of marriage Which section we can apply ? Can we apply 304(b) with 113(b) If not then what's the option? Kindly tell

Yes, Section 304 (b) of the IPC is the charge applicable to book a person who has commited offence of Dowry Death. Moreover, Sec 113 (b) becomes appicable on the person who has commited Dowry Death at the Evidence Stage of the Trial.

The law states that any death that occurs unnaturally before seven years of marriage, and that is caused by cruelty or harassment from her husband, or his relatives, in response to or in connection with any demand for dowry will be referred to as dowry deaths.
