Dowry death section, 304B, 302,498a

My youngest sister husband he killed my sister ,The Lower court cancel the bail appelcation on 90 days , and the charsheet deposit in lower court within 60 days accused in jail. In this circumstances can this criminal get bail in high Court, as we know that this is non bailable sections of ipc 304B, 302,498a. Beacause he got bail from high Court, we are totally upset, So my Question is all this section are non bailable, how can he get bail, he was out in bail since October 2018. PLEASE suggest me the bail he got right way or wrong way

Obtain certfied copies of all the order copies and file cancellation of bail before high court with all evidences so that the bail gets cancelled and you all get justice that is the only process as of now to get the criminal be punished.

it is fact that charge sheet has been submitted within the statutory period and as charge sheet has been submitted before the ld court and prima facie case established and your brother in law granted bail from the High court but as per the provisions of section 439crpc IE the power of high court to grant bail to accused in non bailable offences and honble court after perusal of CD and hearing both the parties can grant bail
