If the vakalatnama says "for filing/taking back documents for withdrawing suits/appeals/petitions with permission to institute fresh suits/appeals/petitions for signing & filing petitions of compromise in connection with the said matter"nnDoes that mean my lawyer can withdraw my case or do compromise on my behalf without even informing me if the accused offers him a good settlement amount? I want to fight for justice, not settlement. Should I sign a vakalatnama which doesn't grant such rights?
The sentences written in the vakalatnama doesn't mean that your lawyer can withdraw your case without your consent. The case can't be withdrawn like this. There is a proper statement that is recorded by the complainant when he/she wants to settle or withdraw his/her case. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
hello client as a matter of factb which you have mentioned above you sign the vakalatnama to authorise the advocate to fight you case on your behalf but if advoacte wanta to withdraw the case the court needs comolainant statement in the Matter of 375 and 376 because they are in the catagoery of henious crimes so if your advocate is honest for you then uou do not need to worry at all.
