21-Sep-2023 (In Criminal Law)
HI nOne of my family relative falsely accused for POCSO by his wife for there own child. So, we have taken the Bail application request to High Court where we have been introduce to a Lawyer who join High court in January 2022. Because he do not have enough experience to handle such serious case, we have only used his Vakalatnama. nn- Can we change the Lawyer and go for a more senior lawyer. n- Can anyone suggest me where I can find the Supreme Court Judgment. n- Can anyone share where I can find what is my right. n- Is there is any sections or law that I can use and remove his unnecessary objection he applied.

if you want tochanged your Lawyer in high court then you can.
you can appoint a senior lawyer or other lawyer in that case. In the case of POCSO it is not so easy for grant the bail but if your case have any merit then court may grant the bail .
you can find SC judgement on Google.

Yes you can change lawyer at any point of time by taking NOC from lawyer and the assign a new one by filing his vakalatnama in court. Its your wish to continue with lawyer or not. There is no harm in changing lawyer if you are not satisfied
