If the vakalatnama says \"for filing/taking back documents for withdrawing suits/appeals/petitions with permission to institute fresh suits/appeals/petitions for signing & filing petitions of compromise in connection with the said matter\"\n\nDoes that mean my lawyer can withdraw my case or do compromise on my behalf without even informing me if the accused offers him a good settlement amount? I want to fight for justice, not settlement. Should I sign a vakalatnama which doesn\'t grant such rights?
