Section 147, 323, 336, 427 is on me my name is 10th from the list. As case is pending will it make trouble in government job i have been selected for railways. What should I do for police verification? Please help me. Warrant is also issued as i was studying in other city i could not go on hearing dates.
first go and appear before court with the application of cancellation of warrant with the help of a lawyer then proceed further for police verification once you complete with the procedure then submit an affidavit with the complete information and excuse regarding the case which is pending against you to the concerned department of railways
