To file petition in high court for increasing my interim maintenance o

Interim maintenance has been ordered by family court but i want to file petition in high court for increment. What vil be the case & hearing fee? What petition should i file? How long will it take to get the order from high court.

yes you can do that , you can challenge the interim order passed by the lower court in high court for the enhancement by filing miscellaneous appeal , the fees depends on the case facts and circumstances , without studying your file randomly cannot fix fees or litigation expenses , kindle approach the advocate and discuss the same.

You can file an MFA or miscellaneous first appeal for enhancement of interim maintenance granted. You'll need supporting documents to show why you want enhancement, such as maybe the salary details of the opposite party. I cannot advice on legal fees as it is not fixed.
