In the context of a court case, "CALL with MPs" means that the case is scheduled for a hearing where the court will also consider Miscellaneous Petitions (MPs) filed by either party. These petitions can include requests for interim relief, modifications, clarifications, or procedural directions related to the main case.

The phrase indicates that the court is not just reviewing the main matter but also addressing any pending applications or petitions connected to it.

The case status "criminal miscellaneous petition pending" generally refers to a legal request or application made by a party in a criminal case, which is currently awaiting a decision by the court. It could be any miscellaneous application filed by the accused or the prosecution during the course of the trial.

When a criminal case is pending, either the prosecution or the accused can file miscellaneous petitions before the court, seeking various reliefs or directions. These petitions are usually filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC) in India, which empowers the High Court to exercise its inherent powers to prevent the abuse of the process of the court or to secure the ends of justice.

hi it appears that some miscellaneous petitions are filed and parties need to file counter/argue on the legality of miscellaneous petition. upon hearing both sides, judge will decide on whether to allow/reject the main petition and the proceed to hear the main matter. check with your lawyer on the issue raised in miscellaneous petition and who filed it.
