Can I file my petition in India while I am living out of the country? If so, how does the affidavit work?

Dear Client, If you want to file a petition before the High Court, for that purpose, just require some formalities as per the High Court Rules as in Vakalatnama has been signed over Green Paper and courier it to the council address.

yes u can file your civil petition in India through power of attorney....your power of attorney and the petition must be attested from the consulate from the country you are residing...the power of attorney holder must represent the principal.

you have not cleared some facts in the query that in which court and what type of petition you want to file. you have also not disclosed your status that weather you are Indian citizen and living in the foreign or you are belonging the status of a NRI or you have fully got citizenship in foreign country permanently there.
