Q: Distribution of share of sale proceeds

My father was one of the founder Directors of a Pvt school in Mussoorie. After death of my father, my mother represented him as Director. My mother also expired intestate about 10 years back. In the meantime the school was closed and Directors decided to sell off the property. The school was sold about 2 years back and sale proceeds were distributed amongst the legal heirs of the deceased Directors. I am also a legal heir of my parents, but l was neither informed not paid my share.

with reference to your query, you should have some legal documents through which you prove that you are legal hier of the disease directors of the school. one thing is more important that you have to prove that you are father was director your mother was director and their should be regulation were in it is very clear that you father had share in the school which have sold before 2 years.

Q: Husband not taking his responsibility’s and not telling his address

What should i do as my husband and in-laws are hiding my husband’s location from around 1n half years, neither they are giving the address and keeping me with him nor giving divorce.

you should contact to your jurisdictional police station of in laws house and registered FIR of disappearance / kidnapping of your husband. you can also file habious Corpus rate before the unable Hike Court of your state.

Q: Company Not returning money and their intention is not good

I worked as a distributor foe a company. i close my business for some personal reason.My balance not issued by company from last one year. 1. i can't surrender my current account because of that any bank charging their fee.2. Cant submit my GST number i have to pay CA fee.3. I have GST no. for business so i cant join my legal practice. because of that my financial condition is very bad. 4. One Staff member know about my GST issue in legal practice he demand money.

nobody can force you to do business with him except the conditions of the contract executed between you and the businessman. the reasons behind the non surrounding of bank account GST number and and other consequences which you are facing such as non surrounding of your current account GST number and not able to start your practice. every problem solution .

Q: Parents trying to do legal case on me

you have not clear in your question that you wants to do inter caste marriage are only love marriage with your same caste girl. you have mentioned your three problems which can be solved. solution of problem is not to discontinue discussion with your parent.
