Sir, my neighbour was abusing my family and even slapped my dad on a trivial issue to garbage throwing. I in a spurt of anger, seeing my dad being slapped, hit him with a stick on his head causing injury. They have filed an FIR leveling ipc 308. I am 18 years old and I dont want to ruin my career. Can you Please guide me a way out or an acceptable solution?
