Dropping of prosecution witness
Prosecution witness fails to attend court
non appearance of witness in criminal case
What happens if complainant does not appear in court in India
dismissal of complaint for non-prosecution
Non appearance of complainant CrPC
Dismissal of 138 complaint due to repeated absence of complainant
If it’s an appeal that has been dismissed you may approach the Supreme Court, if it was a revision petition I’m afraid you hve no option for any appeal. Please give further details to provide a befitting reply.

Please file an appeal before the Hon'ble supreme court of India under section 21 of the Consumer Protection Act.
This is the only way. Else if the complaint was dismissed only on technical grounds, you can then file review before NCDRC.

Once the Review petition filed before the National consumer Disputes Redressal Commission is dismissed, the remedy lies is before the Hob’ble Supreme Court. You have to file an Appeal under section 23 of the consumer protection Act, 1986 within 30days from the date of order passed by NCDRC.
