If the case has been decided on merits then you have to approach the supreme Court via Special leave petition (SLP) and if the case has been dismissed in default then you have approach NCDRC only with application for restoration.
Thanks

If it’s an appeal that has been dismissed you may approach the Supreme Court, if it was a revision petition I’m afraid you hve no option for any appeal. Please give further details to provide a befitting reply.

Then you have to go to supreme court of India.
The Hon'ble supreme court of India has the jurisdiction to take appeal after ncdrc.

Please file an appeal before the Hon'ble supreme court of India under section 21 of the Consumer Protection Act.
This is the only way. Else if the complaint was dismissed only on technical grounds, you can then file review before NCDRC.

Once the Review petition filed before the National consumer Disputes Redressal Commission is dismissed, the remedy lies is before the Hob’ble Supreme Court. You have to file an Appeal under section 23 of the consumer protection Act, 1986 within 30days from the date of order passed by NCDRC.
