Execution has been filed on an ex parte decree passed by a patiala house court . need help and advice on how to set it aside .

You have to file an application for setting aside the decree and also you have to move appropriate application seeking stay if the execution proceedings. In setting aside you have to show some grounds justifying your absence during the trial.
Q: Eviction of Tenant from commercial property for not paying rent
Dear Sir , The commercial shop leased to the tenant through a lease deed . But lease deed is not registered . The tenant pays rent only in part payment and not paying the Balance amount for last 20 months. please suggest how long it takes to evict the tenant and would I be able to get my past dues of rent. Sir i was on 11 month rent lease but i vacate after 6 month. With a prior notice of one month. But owner refuse to refund my money

You have to approach the civil court for recovery of money and for that you have to file a suit for recovery of money along with the interest. You may also sent a legal notice before filing of the suit although that is not mandatory
