To issue notice to building owners association for business disruption

My office is in a commercial building in Nehru Place and the business depends on good broadband internet speed. The Internet provider wants to replace the copper wiring in the building with Optical Fiber at his own cost for which he is ready to give token money to the Owners Association which is managing the building affairs. But the owners Association of whom I am also a member wants the Internet company to pay a monthly rent of Rs 25000 to allow them to change the wiring for all time to come in future. Obviously the internet company is not agreeing to pay rent for just changing the existing wiring. The result is that internet speed is very slow and our business is suffering. There are almost 100 subscribers of internet company in this building . I want to send a legal notice to the owners association for hampering our business because of their unreasonable demand and later file a case against the association in Consumer Court. Need lawyer who can issue a strong legal notice to assoc
