Who Is The Owner Of The Property

A is a Hindu female. A first married to B .A and B have a son .after death of B A married to C. A and C have a daughter . A has one house. Now A is dead.now who is the owner of the A's propert?.who can sell this property? what is the relation between A and AB's son?what is the relation between A&C?
If the property is self acquired property of A then both sone and daughter have equal right in the property . Bot can sale their share out of the said property. Their is no bar for second marriage of a Hindu widow
