What remedies do I have against unprofessional Advocates?

1, Before going to an advocate I asked her her consultation fee, she simply told me to come, later she forced me to pay her Rs 2000. She has an experience of 1.5 years. 2.In the room she kept her colleague of 2.5 years, when I asked her questions she would look at his face, indirectly asking him to reply. 3.The fee breakdown she gave was for civil suit which initially she said 25k later inflated that to 30K. 4, I asked her for the petitions that she will file and the steps that she would take, initially she dodged a lot saying its against ethics to write in mail, later she said she will file a civil suit and criminal case. 5.I said your fee breakdown is conflicting with what you mentioned now in mail, she now says no discussion in mail. 6. She was clearly trying to trap me and later she was planning to force me to give her more money. 7. What can I do against such unethical advocates who try to con the general public?
