What action can be taken against a bank who is trying to defame me

Sir i am working in Dubai i have been using the icici credit card before 17 yrs and i have paid to collection department people they did not give me any proof now recent time i am receiving call from icici bank to my company and complaining me about my balance due and spreading all bad things about me and calling my managers directly i am coming every year 2 time to India at that time they not calling me or approaching me but after that they disturb my work place they say they are calling from CBI is it possible to happen such things please reply can they take action i am confused ?

If you get any loan or credit card amount you must paid but you told already I am paid but you have no proof so you onely responsible person but after 17years is a very late and also you didn't mention how much amount
