Recently i booked a rental car for a trip and unfortunately we met with accident but my friend who is not listed on the rental contract was driving car so rental contract is voided according to terms and conditions ( ipc 279 has been filed against the driver by one of the co-passenger but not by me) and insurance cannot be claimed, now my friend is refusing to pay for damages and I'm liable for damages according to rental agreement. Can i file a compensation case on him? And can i win the case as i wasn't supposed to let others drive but i did so by mistake , please help me and suggest me asap thanks!
first you need to verify the rental agreement accident that answer complaints depend upon Rakesh justickets if they are climbing University don't agree the terms and conditions of you need to contest the case you don't give any
