Include copies of all relevant receipts and other documents.,if you think you are due compensation, add up how much the problem cost you in real terms and estimate the value of lost opportunities.then they are respond you file case before the consumer court ...

Issue a legal notice and file a case in consumer Forum asking for relief of refund with, interest, costs and compensation for harassment, if they fail to reply or reply denying to pay by making some reasons file a case in consumer forum

Hi, In such scenario I would suggest you to talk to the agency and get the issue solved amicably. If at all the agency is not willing to settle your bill then you may contact any advocate and arrange for sending a legal notice as a first step. If the customer comes forward for paying your bill then it would be good and end of your issue or else it would be inevitable to file a legal suit/ case for recovery of bill amount along with interest. This opinion is renderd hoping that you have all the communications made with the agency for providing accomodation / food facility.

Hi,

As the travel agecey has not paid for the invoice raised pertaining to accomdation and eaterey ,
send a legal notice to the travel agencey to pay the amount within 1 week and if they do not pay nor respond file case for recoverey .
