Traffic Offence challan wrongly no:
12-Sep-2023 (In Civil Law)
I have been issued a challan. Offence violation says Red Light Violation. But as you can see in the picture of challan 1) ' I HAVE NOT JUMPED THE RED LIGHT' . 2) 'I AM JUST STANDING ON ROAD WAITING FOR LIGHT TO TURN GREEN' 3) 'I HAVE NOT EVEN CROSSED ZEBRA CROSSING' How do I fight this wrong challan?
You can make a complaint/application to the traffic police commissioner, forwarding a CC to commissioner of police and Home department, allong with the copy of the photo.. They will call you and response your complaint..
