Sell agreement on ancestor property

Dear sir / madam, my father took 50 thousand money and made a sell agreement of 1 acre agriculture land without getting signature from 4 children's in the year 2007 . During agreement time my 2 helder sisters were major. Now the party filed a case against father and the case has been decided against my father in lower courts and now in high court also it got dismissed. Now we 4 chileders are going to file a partition suit. Hence pls advice on below clarifications. 1. After dismiss in high court, party filed a execution petetion in lower court. How can we stay this execution petition ? 2. We childrens going to file partion suit against my father for the 1 acre for which sell agreement done without our permission. So are we going to succeed and will the party who gave money to my father get only my father share i,e 1/5th of 1 acre?? I request you to pls clarify and advise us to proceed. Thank you.
