Sarfaesi act on agriculture land

I have 4 accer agriculture land with 200 coconut trees and free eb line... Cornor of the land my brother build 3000 sq feet commercial building and take 40 lakhs loan.. now loan become default, bank auctioned bid was completed... Now we applied the land was agriculture land... Now we ready to pay loan amount also but bank not accept.. any possibility for secure our land
In this case, I would like to know bank or new subsequent buyer took the possession of the property or not and further you people have approached the Debt Recovery Tribunal or not. I have a vast practice in that area you can seek my assistance in your matter.
