Property disputes.father's property without will
14-Feb-2023 (In Civil Law)
As we are four children(majors).my father was died in 2011.my mother left us in 2009 .she kept 498a cases over my father.we kept her aside due to her illigal activities .ow she is acting to stay with us to get property on her name.
Please assist me regarding authority on property ??
as if your father died intestate all you along with your mother would can claim share in property if you can prove that your mother is leading a adultreous life then she is forefitted to her share in the proeprty and you need to give a peny to her
