Petrol Pump opening in the middle of a highly crowded resedential area

Sir/Ma'am ,
There is a petrol pump being opened adjacent to my home(in less than 25 meters of distance) which is in the middle of a highly crowded residential area.Now if that is made then there will be a permanent risk of fire breakouts and continuous air pollution in the form of fumes of petrol,diesel and smoke which will be very harmful to our health because we have to live in our home area 24/7 and also there is a school as well adjacent to that petrol pump area.
My question is that what can we do to stop its construction and stop it from being made so that we can live peacefully,tension free and can breathe in a clean and healthy air.

you can approach the court for a stay order ; you will easily get one, but eventually you will have to prove through research and documents as to how it endangers your lives. though there already guidelines as where a new petrol pump can be established
