Residential property has two principals A & B and one POA which is B's wife now B passed away how A can transfer his piece of land on his name as we are having joint property documents and can B's wife claim whole property and throw A out of the house.

Q: Legal heirs certificate issued by tehsildar illegally

Tehsildar issue me a legal heir certificate of my grandfather without taking ration card and adhaar card. There are 7 heirs.No witness, no verification from naib tehsildar.I want to file a complaint against tehsildar because this is directly a corruption case.If there is any provision please guide me where to file complaint against tehsildar.Why issue without verification and mandatory documents because I complained against him because first he is not taking any action on my application

Question can only be answered after knowing whether the parties are Hindu or Muslim or some other religion. Distribution of property is by way of personal law. In case of Hindu the distribution would be different and so as in Muslim law

Q: Public Safety Act and mentioned FIRs in it are 302,307,7/27, and ULAPA

Esteemed Sir, Sir my brother has been detained under public safety act on 14/01/2022 , the detention order copies mentioned some FIRs 302,307,7/27 and ULAPA Act The detention period was not mentioned My brother is innocent As we approached to Police for FIR Xerox they are not providing us and dont tell us how long my brother has been detained we are worried for the same, as the allegation against my brother are false. We approached to High Court Lawyer. and he told us it will take time . Sir, we want to know what is the further procedure to follow the case and please tell us some important advices which we need to take. DO we need to approach IO officer or POlice or District Magistrate . Please reply sirThank u
