I hv taken NC loan if Rs 5 Lacs from Pvr Bank .
Paid all EMI except for 4 months since lost my Job.
What is the remedy? They threaten to paste legal notice on door. Pl advise.
What is the EMI you could explain them the situation with your job and assure them that they will not loss their money demanding them some time and reply to the concern office which gives you notice by person or by advocate
