Medical degree issued in 2004 be subjected to any changes by MCI

I was issued medical degree from foreign as MD physician and recognised and given as same by medical council of India and state medical council after clearing my exam. Now does the MCI or state council has the right to change our degree which was issued in 2004
As you said you have also appeared and cleared the exams as per Indian medical council then that is become a valid degree and they don't have right to change your degree but it only happens when any you have in any controversies on your profession.
