Marrying cousin is legal or not?????????

One of my Hindu friend is planning to get married to his cousin.
The mother of boy and father of girl are real brother-sister.
For example.
Raj and Nandini wants to get married.
Raj's mother is X
And Nandini's father is Y
X and Y are real brother sister.
So,Raj and Nandini are cousins.
Is it legal to get married for Raj and nandini.
Both are from Hindu family.
Subcaste - Panwar
Caste - OBC
हिन्दू विवाह अधिनियम के अनुसार आप अपने मां और पिता के करीबी रिश्ते से शादी नहीं कर सकते मां के 5 पीढ़ियां तथा पिता की 7 पीढ़ियां सापिंड कहलाती है .
