There is a plot in my mother's name in kemdrapara district.during my father's service time it was given to my uncle's family to stay till retirement.o commitment in paper.after retirement when contacted they are not willing to leave the place.they had given written consent to leave the place in 1.5yrs in panchayat. But all are in vein.i have given complaint in police also.kindly suggest what action to take
