Is wife wife eligible for gov. accommodation in case of gov. employee?

punjab govt employee alloted govt accomodation and his wife also pb govt employee is in teaching department availing hra and producing different address to the principal. kindly tell me can she avail hra. if yes then send notification
If both are residing in government accommodation they are not entitled to draw HRA.Drawing HRA by giving different addresses tentamounts to disciplinary action against both of them besides deposit of drawan amount with interest
