How to make factories move out of residential area ?

Industrial activities like a workshop that are making Air and Noise pollution (Vibration by Heavy power press machines & 25KW Diesel generator set) running in the residential area of Faridabad. How can we take legal action for moving out to a commercial zone?
You need to identify the place if workshop if it falls in industrial plot or residential plot and that how far it that workshop.Alongwith you need to make sure that this is a common problem of other residents in that area and then move an application before the DC Faridabad for removal of such disturbance.
