House owner does not return money

Hi Sir, I have rented home in coimbatore. last month end i have vacated house due personal issue. House owner does not return money (advanced amount). He told that after settled money he will get key from me. later one week, he went to police station and complaint against me. I have discussed with police and accepted will stay in house and reduced amount from advance. he is also accepted. later he went police station and told not able to accept to allow me to enter on the house. he called me today and thirtten me (once enter the house, he kill me). I do not know what can i do now. Please advise me. Note: Agreement has expired last year. I have requested from him who did not provided new agreement.
