Hindu succession act partition deed
20-Aug-2023 (In Civil Law)
my grand father divided his ancestral property to his 3 sons,leaving 2 daughters ,through registered partition deed in the year 1968,
In left 2 daughter ,1 daughter died 50 years ago,Now the children of expired daughter filed a suit for partition,
Is this suit valid?

I have gone through the details provided by you, it is clear from the recent SUPREME COURT Judgement which clearly explains that once their is registered partition and the partition has been executed before 2005 then the female members cannot reopen the case for participation.
