Henious and vulgar songs played at public restaurant

Recently my friend and her fiance went to a restaurant in banglore " Taco bell" where many of family and youth of 16-17 age were sitting, the restaurant was playing henious and vulgar songs have chaotic words which werent to be played...the song is even banned at the country of origin. Kindly guide as how actions can be taken.
File a complaint with jurisdictional police or written complaint to Commissioner of Police or approach Magistrate Court under private complaint. You must have evidence like video recording or at least have oral evidence of other customers.
