Can anyone arrest if FIR is issued against someone
Hi, please note that Police can file FIR based on complaint lodged by complainant. The police starts the investigation after its lodged and on the basis of it, the police can arrest and put you on trial, only if the crime committed is cognizable, the one which needs no warrant or court permission to start the investigation.
