Forceful possession by lady claiming to be wife of the father

My dad expire after his death one lady took forceful possession of one of our house falsely claiming she was wife of my father several firs have been done 156 order we got against that lady from court nd 145 is on dismissal stage but it was filed by police against that lady and on us she putted false pocso fir on my brother what is the remedy to release my house from her we have several proofs nd nomination of that flat is on me nd my brother name but still police nd court haven't taken any action against her
You can approach the civil court for a declaration suit, declaring yourself as the heirs and the true owner of the house. In the same suit you can ask for interim measures against the lady, barring her from entering in to the premises.
Police per se do not have the jurisdiction or power to remove the lady who is in illegal possession. The said power is with the Civil Court only.
