My grandfather has gifted his property to all his son and daughter, but as my father is not alive, on behalf of my father i will get the property. Now all have been got their property exept me. I want that property now, but my grandfather is no more, however all my uncles and aunty ready to sign no objection. But the elder son of my grandfather is also dead, on behalf of him, his son and daughter will sign the NOC. But all his daughter has been married and living so far from the place and they are agree with NOC but not willing to come. So my question is, is that necessary for the daughter to come? Can only son's signature is not enough? If not than what are the other options available for their NOC submition?
