Respected All,
I have a property dispute with my brother and he has filed a case, while filing the case he has modified the Will by changing the percentage of share. I have a certified copy of the said will from collector office which highlights the fraud. Can his suit be dismissed as he has submitted wrong facts in front of court, is there any Supreme Court judgement on this.

After hearing the matter on merits, court will pass appropriate orders.
