Q: Could you provide the NOC format for changing a lawyer from the existing one to a new lawyer?

I want to change my current lawyer to a new one. Should I do this by providing only an NOC letter from the existing lawyer to the new one, or do I need to prepare a new Vakalatnama? If providing only the NOC is sufficient, could you please help me with the advocate NOC format PDF and the details to include in the letter? Also, please provide the change of vakalat format and NOC from advocate format.

Dear Sir / Madamyour new lawyer will provide you with vakalatnama, mentioning that noc is obtained from previous lawyer and both new and previous lawyer will sign the said vakalatnama and file it in court



Q: My work Payment is not paid by custemer

Hi im a photographer i done a wedding photo & video work of a customer.....Then customer selection done for photo album we make a decign of album but now custemer not pay the payment of my album......we not sign officaial contract. .....pls suggeget me what can i do for recive my payment from the cutermer... .i have recording & whatsup chat from the cutermer....

Dear Querist from the facts, as I understand, you have performed services and have not received payment from customer for recovery of your amount, you can send him a legal notice through a lawyer and thereafter if the issue is not resolved you can file civil/ criminal case against your customer for recovery of your dues.



Q: Recovery of dues from jetairways employees cooperative society

I work with jet Airways.. I have been investing in Jetairways coop society for the last 20 years on a monthly basis. Now on requesting closure, they say they do not have the money to pay me.. How do I go about getting my money back

Dear Querist you can send them a legal notice through lawyer. Thereafter if the issue is not resolved, you can initiate civil/ criminal proceedings against them for recovery of your dues. under civil proceedings you can file recovery suit and under criminal proceedings you can file complaint for cheating / criminal breach of trust.



Q: Document submitted is modified

Respected All, I have a property dispute with my brother and he has filed a case, while filing the case he has modified the Will by changing the percentage of share. I have a certified copy of the said will from collector office which highlights the fraud. Can his suit be dismissed as he has submitted wrong facts in front of court, is there any Supreme Court judgement on this.

Hello Sir, I got an offer from Global Star solutions and I accepted that offer.Firstly,they said that I have to finish 1000 online forms within 10 days otherwise I have to pay Rs.5200 as a penality for not submitting my work on the deadline and they also got my scanned copy of Aadhar card.By using my details,Company is giving me threatening calls and mails telling that we have created a digital agreement on behalf of you,If you not cooperate with us,You have to face me in court and have to pay more fine.Iam a student and not financially sound.Please give me a Solution sir.Thank you.
