Dance classes in residential flat causing undue noise and vibrations

I have a flat owner in my apartment running dance classes with 10-15 students everyday.
Their dance session (jumping and tapping hard in floor) leads to noise and vibrations in the building. I requested to stop but the owner didn't accede.
Could you please suggest what legal advice I should pursue.
